Interviewing for an Attorney
First and foremost, you need to feel comfortable with your attorney. He or she is working for you, so you need to find an attorney that you can talk to. Ask specific questions about your case and listen to your attorney's response. He or she should be giving you confidence that they are listening and your concerns are truly being heard.
Check on the credentials of the attorney, including years of practice, types of cases handled and their reputation in the community.
